DATE CHANGED from 21st to 28th November as many people couldn't make the former. Sorry if this means you now can't make it - if it's a good night (and how could it not be?) we'll organize another!
This is an informal meet for local tweeters in and around Dacorum! Would be good to meet some of you offline to say hello and have a drink. All welcome, so don't feel you can't come if you don't live in Hemel, Berko or Tring.
This is the first tweetup so I'm keen to make it very accessible and informal so that we get a good turnout. A couple of people suggested The Boat which is a great pub (with fabulous Fullers ales) and is within walking distance from the station along the canal. I've spoken to the pub and they are happy to set a space aside for us so we should be all set.

Hope to see you there!

October 14th, 2009JulieMayhew In London for a 'thing' that day but if I'm back in time, I'm there. As it's taking place a 100 yards from my house there really is no excuse...
October 13th, 2009adoran2 Sorry if the date change doesn't work for any of you. Trying to maximize the amount of people there so that the number of people I don't know in person outnumbers the amount of people that I do. Yes, that means you @ktdoran, @gnashers and @matharden! :o)
October 12th, 2009sarabedford That night's not wonderful for me either, as it's my mum's birthday and I don't know what we're doing. Can it be rearranged?
October 10th, 2009RussellScott Shame I'm away. The Boat could be a good venue, near the station and in the middle of the Hemel/Berko/Tring area
October 10th, 2009davenicholls I'd like to be there, but I'm not sure if I'll be around. I'm also resolving to actually tweet rather more than I've managed so far.
October 10th, 2009adamhollier Looking forward to a beer from Simon Ricketts. I'm good for anywhere. Trooper?
October 9th, 2009Simmo1972 Gutted as at my in-laws. If date moves I am there and would recommend a Berko pub :-)
