Calling all Berkshire Hathaway shareholders and non-shareholders: if you're donning the official meeting credentials or are in our fine city of Omaha on Saturday, May 1, join us at Slowdown from 3:30-5:30 for the first-ever, unofficial Berkshire Tweetup.

More than 30,000 people from across the globe will be descending on Omaha next Friday through Saturday, April 30 - May 2, for the annual Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting at which business partners Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger take the stage for five hours of Q&A.

A bit of trivia: The Slowdown is a rock club and bar opened by the founders of Saddle Creek Records, the independent record label behind such artists as Bright Eyes and Cursive. Read more about the Slowdown's history at theslowdown.com/info.

This event is open to the public, there will be no cover at the door, but you must be 21+ to attend.
