Kupu Maui
Join us for a Maui sourced moveable feast. On the third Saturday of each month, we’ll gather at a different island farm around a sumptuously set table. Pull up a seat to enjoy locally harvested and immaculately prepared food, served family or buffet style. Each event will be guided by three inspirations, setting the stage for a unique culinary experience aimed to nourish bellies and hearts.

BBQ Maui Cattle beef w/ PILIANI KOPE COFFEE brine & dry PILIANI KOPE COFFEE rub
BBQ Grilled Molokai Shrimp with olive oil & garlc
Farm Foraged Green Salad with Papaya Vinagrette Dressing
Local Westside tapoica, grilled on BBQ
Local Westside Assorted Grilled Vegetables with dipping sauces
Homemade Nan Bread

*$65.00 per person - cash, please bring exact change.
*Bring your own flashlight to help you find your way home.
*Chef's table will display most of our food served along with stories of foraging and sourcing.
*Carpool to the farm. We encourage everone to carpool with a friend.
*Limited parking at the farm. Our parking attendant will help guide you.
*Some menu ingredients may change due to what is fresh & available.
*Please wear comfortable shoes and farm walks available during pupu's
*This is considered a private event. BYOB.
