Hey, Solar Tweeps. This year for Solar Power International in Los Angeles, we're not only having any ordinary solar tweetup, we're having a Bowl-o-rama Tweetup!
We'll gather Lucy Strike Lanes, right across from the convention center in L.A. Live. Let's meet at the lounge at 6pm for happy hour drink specials and munchies until 8pm.
The solar/beer/bowling fun continues after 8 for those wanting to test their 10 pin skills. We can reserve a lane or three (12 tweeps/lane) and embarrass ourselves or maybe prove that Wii Bowling really is exercise. No idea how late games will continue into the night, so feel free to drop by late and check the lanes for @solarfred and his iconic baseball cap.
In addition to the solar Twitter tribe, we'll also be joined by some solar powered bloggers from SEI (Solar Energy International). But whether you blog, tweet, or just love solar, please join us and raise a glass or three to another great Solar Power International show.

PVAddict Yeah I just looked at the dress code: no construction boots. I called to ask about combat boots (which is all I can wear right now); talked to hostess Jessica who assured me it'll be fine. Hehe we'll see, huh? And Svea I agree that VoltBalls is made of 100% win.

October 4th, 2010adambant Checked out Lucky Strike Lanes last weekend. Looks pretty slick. Beware of dress code though, it really is a club with a fancy bowling alley. So easy on the "solar gang" attire! haha..
