Come learn about saké by sampling different varieties of saké, accompanied by sushi & snacks at one of South Florida's finest sushi bars, Sushi Ko!
We'll get started at 7:30 in the private room to your left as you enter the restaurant. The cost is $25 per person, and includes pours of five different types of saké with sushi and snacks. Tax and gratuity are already included!
I'll detail the sakés up for tasting in the next couple of days, but for the sake of variety, we'll be tasting from all three major categories, including a nigori and a "one cup" saké. We'll start with the ice-cold one cup saké and work our way through fruity, milky, dry and sweet.
